Do’s and Don’ts for your new LL 4-Way Syringe
Do Purge your water and air lines regardless of how old,
or new, your supply lines are – any changeover will
disturb particles that may cause valve leakage
Do Use fresh disposable tip for every patient – disposable tips are shipped not sterile – single use only
Do Thoroughly flush 4-Way Syringe with clean water after using cleaning solution, and between each patient (flush before removing tip – and again after removing tip)
Don’t install 4-Way Syringe without purging water and air supply lines – at least one gallon of water
Don’t adjust water or air cartridge valve before hook-up (valves are factory adjusted)
Don’t re-use stainless steel tip without sterilizing
Don’t re-use disposable tips - single use only!
LL 4-Way Syringe Warranty
The LL 4-Way Syringe is covered by a one-year materials and workmanship warranty – effective from date of purchase. LL Dental will, at its option, repair or replace the defective 4-Way. If repair or replacement is necessary, customer is solely responsible for all shipping charges and proper packaging, whether or not the 4-Way is covered by this warranty.
If problems arise with your LL 4-Way Syringe, please call us immediately at 541-689-4937. Do not take the 4-Way apart. If the 4-Way is taken apart, a determination of warranty coverage cannot be made, and you will therefore be charged a service charge, plus for any parts lost or damaged. DO NOT, under any circumstances, remove, or attempt to remove, the tip nut. This action will break the intricate seal, thereby voiding the warranty.
Sterilizing: Sterilizing solutions may damage the 4-Way Syringe. Always rinse the 4-way with clear water after using sterilizing solutions. The warranty of the 4-Way Syringe does not cover corrosion damage caused by sterilizing solutions.
Return Policy: LL 4-Way Syringes that are complete and in their original packaging, and that were not installed or used, are returnable for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee, within 30 days of the date of sale. All returns must have prior authorization and be carefully packed and free from damage upon return.
